The Childcare Leadership Alliance is offering professional development resources and training opportunities to those working in the childcare sector in regional Australia.

Our goal is to foster professional, competent, passionate leaders in childcare by giving you the tools to promote positive workplace culture and access ongoing development opportunities. We want to equip you with key skills and knowledge to grow your confidence as an early years educator.

The Professional Developmet initiative is a program created by the CLA in consultation with Astute Early Years Specialists for providers, leaders, and aspiring leaders, to support them in their current or future role(s), their personal growth, positively influence centre culture, provide career growth, contribute to a professional identity, and assist with retaining staff.

Throughout 2023 we will be offering online and in-person training events and resources for Early Learning staffmembers. These are designed specifically for those working in Regional Australia to cater to the unique challenges and opportunities faced by remote teams.

The CLA will be holding a Conference and Awards night in September 2023.

We would like to invite you to nominate a hometown hero in your industry. Someone who inspires you, shows excellence in their field and someone that you think deserves to be celebrated.
